Portos radio flush-mounted control Exalus EX-BIDI

The EX-BIDI roller shutter control unit is designed for controlling window shutters powered by single-phase 230 VAC motors. Control can be performed either wirelessly using transmitters from the EXALUS HOME control system and the TR7 control unit, or wired using roller shutter control buttons. Inputs IN1 and IN2 are used for wired control. Both inputs can operate in both local and centralized control modes. In both cases, both single and double roller shutter control buttons can be used. With bidirectional communication between the EX-BIDI and the TR7 control unit, the current roller shutter status is displayed in the mobile app with a corresponding icon and the "Closing Status" parameter. Bidirectional communication also enables control unit parameterization and remote addition of transmitters (without physical access to receivers). The EX-BIDI control unit can be operated outside of the control unit in parallel with transmitters from the EXALUS HOME and EXTALIFE systems. Multiple transmitters can be registered in the receivers, allowing the roller shutters to be operated independently from multiple locations simultaneously. The EX-BIDI control unit can only be connected to one TR7 control unit (after which it is no longer visible to other control units). The receiver has a built-in, remote-controlled software update function via the EXALA control unit – an internet connection is required for this. The ability to set up to three favorite settings is another advantage.
