You can return purchased items (excluding items that have been ordered according to customer specifications, special sizes, special colors, cut-to-size pieces such as strips, guide rails, profiles, and items that are only sold to businesses that are marked accordingly) that are unused and in the original product packaging (with all included accessories such as screws, brackets, etc.) to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. To do so, please fill out the form below in full. You will receive a return slip from us within 2 working days. Please enclose this slip with your return so that your return can be processed quickly and your paid amount can be refunded promptly.

For customers outside the EU, please note that shipping costs and import customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Returned goods will only be accepted if the customs duties have already been paid to the main customs office.
