As a non-commercial customer from the EU, you have the option to return purchased items (excluding items ordered according to customer specifications, special sizes, special colors, custom cuts such as strips, guide rails, profiles, and items sold only to businesses and marked accordingly) that are unused and in their undamaged original product packaging (with all included accessories such as screws, brackets, operating instructions, etc.) within 14 days of receipt. Please complete the form below in full . You will receive a return label from us via email within two business days, which you should include with your return shipment to ensure prompt processing and a quick refund.

Please note that we only accept returns of goods purchased from us (as described above) ! Our goods are marked and therefore clearly identifiable as belonging to us.

Customers outside the EU are responsible for shipping costs and import duties. Returns will only be accepted if all customs duties have been paid in full to the customs office. Refunds of customs duties are not possible.

Upon receipt of the returned item, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within the statutory period. If you selected "Klarna" as your payment method, you must mark the item as a return yourself in the Klarna app to avoid receiving payment reminders from Klarna. After your return has been processed, we will inform Klarna of the credit. For your own records, please retain the proof of postage with your tracking number.
