ADDITIONAL SERVICES

ORDERS

For orders placed by phone or email (not through our online system), we charge a service fee of €10,- including VAT.

CUTTING SERVICE

For cutting long items such as guide rails, steel shafts, chamber profiles, weatherboards, cover strips, profiles, etc., we charge a surcharge of €20,- including VAT per order for custom specific measurements. Invoicing will be done separately after a written order.

SAMPLE SHIPMENT

For selected products, we offer sample shipping. This amounts to €6.95 per sample shipment (for shipping costs, packaging, and handling). Please note that a sample shipment, for example, of long goods (strips, guide rails, etc.), will only be a piece of approx. 5cm.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

For unauthorized or unregistered returns, the seller is entitled to charge costs for the effort and processing amounting to €9.95 including VAT per shipment.

Unauthorized returns that were not collected by the buyer will be charged storage fees from the 14th calendar day after delivery of the return to our returns warehouse. These amount to 2% of the gross value of the item per calendar day.
