ADDITIONAL SERVICES

ORDERS

For orders placed by phone or email (not through our online system), we charge a service fee of €10,- including valid VAT.

CUTTING SERVICE

For cutting long goods such as guide rails, steel shafts, chamber profiles, weatherboards, cover strips, profiles, etc., we charge a surcharge of €20,- including valid VAT per order for custom dimensions. Invoicing will be done separately after written order confirmation.

SAMPLE SHIPMENT

For selected products, we offer sample shipping. This costs €6.95 per sample shipment (for shipping costs, packaging, and handling). Please note that a sample shipment, for example, for long goods (profiles, guide rails, etc.), will only be a piece of approx. 5cm.

UNJUSTIFIED RETURNS

For unjustified or unauthorized returns, the seller is entitled to charge costs for effort and processing in the amount of €14.95 including valid VAT per shipment.

Unjustified returns not collected by the buyer will be charged storage costs starting from the 14th calendar day after delivery of the return to our returns warehouse. These amount to 2% of the gross value of the item per calendar day.
