A belt pulley is a component of a roller shutter operated manually with a roller shutter belt. It sits on or against the roller shutter shaft in the roller shutter box. The roller shutter belt is guided or wound onto the belt pulley. When the belt is pulled, the belt pulley rotates. This also causes the roller shutter shaft to rotate and the roller shutter curtain to be wound up or down.
