Shipping policy
All items marked in green with the indication"In stock", are in stock and available for immediate delivery. All items with the green indication "Soon back in stock" are in stock and available shortly, and can be ordered in advance. After receipt of goods, the goods will be shipped to you.
Orders received and paid for Monday through Friday before 12 noon will be shipped the same business day if the goods are available.
We offer express shipping, which can be booked until 12h. The delivery will be made on the next working day (Monday-Friday) until 14h. Please note that the pickup of the express shipments from our shipping providers only Monday to Friday. We offer other express delivery options such as Saturday delivery or before 9h. Please contact us in advance of your order by phone.
All our articles are also free of shipping costs in our store in Syke ready for you to pick up. Simply make your purchase here in the store, and choose when paying the point pick up. Your order can then be picked up after 1 hour at our store in Syke (Monday to Friday until 14h or after telephone arrangement beyond) provided that the goods are in stock with us.
We ship exclusively with DHL Standard, DPD Economy or UPS Standard except guide rails, strips, profiles, polystyrene insulation and guide rails. Shipping costs are calculated by weight, not by value of goods as follows:
