Please note that WhatsApp Business receives access to the address book of the mobile device we use for this purpose and automatically transfers telephone numbers stored in the address book to a server of the parent company, Meta Platforms Inc., in the USA. To operate our WhatsApp Business account, we use a mobile device whose address book only stores the WhatsApp contact data of users who have contacted us via WhatsApp.

This ensures that every person whose WhatsApp contact details are stored in our address book has consented to the transmission of their WhatsApp telephone number from the address books of their chat contacts in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR by accepting the WhatsApp Terms of Use upon first use of the app on their device. The transmission of data from users who do not use WhatsApp and/or have not contacted us via WhatsApp is therefore excluded.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that protects the data of our site visitors and prohibits its transfer to third parties.

6) Data processing when opening a customer account

You can delete your customer account at any time by sending a message to the controller's address above. 8) Data processing for order processing

8.1 Transmission of image files for order processing by email

On our website, we offer customers the opportunity to request product personalization by submitting image files via email. The submitted image will be used as a template for personalizing the selected product.

The customer can send us one or more image files from the memory of the device they are using via the email address provided on the website. We then collect, store, and use the files transmitted in this way exclusively for the production of the personalized product in accordance with the respective service description on our website. If the transmitted image files are passed on to special service providers for the production and processing of the order, you will be explicitly informed of this in the following paragraphs. No further transfer will take place. The provider enables us to design and evaluate surveys and online forms. In addition to the personal data you enter into the forms, information about your operating system, browser, the date and time of your visit, the referrer URL, and your IP address is collected, transmitted to the provider, and stored on the provider's servers.

The information you enter into the forms is stored with a password to ensure that third-party access is excluded and only we can evaluate the data for the purpose stated in the form.

For the processing of personal data necessary to fulfill a contract with you (this also applies to processing operations necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures), Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. If you have given us your consent to process your data, the processing will be carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. This consent can be revoked at any time with future effect.

11.12 Shopsync for Shopify

This website uses the Shopify app “Shopsync” from ShopSync LLC, PO Box 252, Jefferson City, TN 37760, USA.
With the help of ShopSync, the newsletter service "Mailchimp" is synchronized with our Shopify account in such a way that, on the one hand, updates in Mailchimp email lists (such as a newsletter recipient opting out) are automatically stored on Shopify, and on the other hand, new contact data generated through contract conclusions on Shopify are automatically transferred to the Mailchimp email lists.

In the first case, data processing takes place in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the effective and cross-system maintenance of the files of advertising recipients and the efficient observation of legally significant status changes.

In the second case, after the conclusion of a contract on Shopify for inclusion in the Mailchimp list, the user's first and last name, address and email address, together with transaction-related information (purchase amount, time and date of purchase), will be transferred to Mailchimp by ShopSync exclusively on the basis of the user's express consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

ShopSync does not store or retain any data transferred this way after synchronization. All information synchronized between Shopify and Mailchimp is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, and all transferred information remains encrypted during the synchronization process.

The synchronization process requires the transfer of information over a secure connection to servers hosted by Amazon Web Services in the United States.
